Chat Masala

Method of Use:
Soak 100 gms Chickpeas and one tablespoon Channa Dal for 10 hours. Boil them and keep aside. Make a paste using one medium-sized Onion, 6 to 7 garlic buds, ginger, clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper Corns and one medium sized tomato. Take 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the paste in it. Add salt, Jalaram Turmeric Powder, Jalaram Chilli Powder, Jalaram Coriander Powder and 1 spoon of Jalaram Super Chickpea [Chole] Powder. Now add the boiled Chickpeas and let it cook till the oil separates. Enjoy the taste of delicious spicy Chickpea [Chole].

Ingredients (In Powder Form):
Coriander, Cumin, Sugar, Rock Salt, Black Salt, Dry Mango, Compounded Asafoetida, Musk Melon, Dry Ginger, Bishop Weed Seeds, Dhy. Mint, Extract Tamarind, Citric Acid.

Special Chewda Masala

Use:
First of fry 400gms of rice flakes. According to your need and taste ground nuts, split Bengal grams, dry coconut slices, cashew nuts and dry raisins. Mix them all fried rice flakes. Mix 100gms of Jalaram Lajawab Sp. Chewda Masala immediately to the hot mixture. Mix it thoroughly with a light hand till the gets uniformly mixed.

Ingredients:
Sugar, Chilly, Fennel Seeds, I. Salt, Sesame Seeds, Black Salt, Turmeric, Compounded Asafoetida (Not Curry Powder).

Biryani Pulav Masala

Use:
Boil 250 grams of Basmati rice and keep aside. Make a dry paste out of ½ spoon fennel seed powder, cinnamon pieces, some peppercorns and 3-4 cloves. Now make a paste with finely chopped coriander leaves, 4 spoons grated coconut, 2-3 green chillies, and one piece of fresh ginger.  Take two spoons of oil and two spoons of clarified butter in a pan. Put some bay leaves and both the pastes. Take 1\2 bowl of curd and add 1\2 spoon of Jalaram Shahi Biryani / Pulav Masala and mix. Add the other spices according to your taste and sauté. Add 1 1\2 cup of mixed and boiled vegetables like peas, carrot, and cabbage to the mixture. Add rice and mix. Let them simmer for some time and serve hot..

Cumin, Aniseed, Cinnamon, Chilly, Bay Leaves, Clove Leaves, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, I. Salt, Edible Oil, Cardamom, Nutmeg.
