Method of Use:
Soak 100 gms Chickpeas and one tablespoon Channa Dal for 10 hours. Boil them and keep aside. Make a paste using one medium-sized Onion, 6 to 7 garlic buds, ginger, clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper Corns and one medium sized tomato. Take 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the paste in it. Add salt, Jalaram Turmeric Powder, Jalaram Chilli Powder, Jalaram Coriander Powder and 1 spoon of Jalaram Super Chickpea [Chole] Powder. Now add the boiled Chickpeas and let it cook till the oil separates. Enjoy the taste of delicious spicy Chickpea [Chole].
