Chhole Masala

Method of Use:
Soak 100 gms Chickpeas and one tablespoon Channa Dal for 10 hours. Boil them and keep aside. Make a paste using one medium-sized Onion, 6 to 7 garlic buds, ginger, clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper Corns and one medium sized tomato. Take 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the paste in it. Add salt, Jalaram Turmeric Powder, Jalaram Chilli Powder, Jalaram Coriander Powder and 1 spoon of Jalaram Super Chickpea [Chole] Powder. Now add the boiled Chickpeas and let it cook till the oil separates. Enjoy the taste of delicious spicy Chickpea [Chole].

Ingredients (In Powder Form):
Coriander, Chilly, Dry Mango, Aniseed, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Pomegranate Seeds, Bay Leaves, Dry Ginger, I. Salt, Big Cardamom, Black Salt, Nutmeg, Carraway Seeds, Mustard Seed, Turmeric, Bishop Weeds, Extract Tamarind, Mace.

Sambhar Masala

Use:
Mix and pressure-cook 100 gms Tuvar Dal, one spoon Urad Dal and one spoon Channa Dal. Half cooked pieces of garlic, one small brinjal, one small potato and other vegetables. Churn the cooked dal and transfer the contents into a pan. Now add the vegetables, Jalaram Turmeric Powder, Jalaram Chilli Powder, Jalaram Coriander Powder and 2 spoons of Jalaram Super Sambhar Powder. Add 2 spoons of Tamarind juice and salt to taste.

Now prepare the tempering. Take 2-3 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add whole Red chilies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, Cumin Seeds, one pinch Asafoetida, and spread on the dal. Cook for two minutes till it comes to a boil. Serve Hot.

Coriander, Chilly, Cumin, Bengal Gram Dal, Black Gram Dal, Curry Leaves, I. Salt, Fenugreek, Comp. Asafoetida.
